Men, if you’re tired of being held back by the comforts and distractions of our time and desire to grow closer to God, Exodus 90 is the path you’ve been searching for.

Throughout this journey you will join with other men for the Exodus 90 challenge - a journey of prayer, discipline, and brotherhood.  Break free from the Pharaohs in your life: bad habits, distractions, and anything that keeps you from growing closer to God.  Fr. Boniface Hicks, a Benedictine monk and seasoned spiritual director, will guide you with daily reflections and support.

Uncommon Freedom

What is freedom?  We think it’s doing whatever we want, whenever we want.  But that kind of “freedom” is really just distraction - avoiding the uncomfortable work of becoming who God calls us to be.  The Holy Family shows us a different kind of freedom.  Joseph, in particular, was free because he kept saying “yes” to God when he could have said “no.”  God placed Mary and Jesus in his care, and Joseph never distracted himself from that responsibility - even when things got risky, inconvenient, or confusing.


Men, too, are entrusted with precious souls: their wives, their children. This is why so many men take up Exodus 90 each year: to clear the spiritual clutter so they can love like Joseph: more present, more sacrificial, more free.  This January, become who God calls you to be, together with other men in fraternity.
