Dear St. Raphael Parishioners,

We love hosting CYO Games in the PAC and want to keep that tradition alive - but we need your help!

The PAC is more than just a place for practices and competitions - it's a home for our teams, families, and fans. To continue offering the best experience for players and spectators, we're asking for your support.

St. Raphael CYO Athletics is currently looking to fill the position of Site Director Coordinator:

• Serve as the main point of contact for hosting sports' events.
• Work with CYO on dates St. Raphael is available to be a site to host games.
• Attend necessary CYO training.
• Recruit and manage other Site Directors for game days.
• Organize sign ups for scorers and concession volunteers.
• Purchase concession supplies. (reimbursed by treasurer)
• Oversee game-day operations (facilities, scorekeepers, referees, and concession volunteers.)
• Ensure the site reflects the mission of CYO Sports.
