Our speaker is Ginny Pippin: Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Entrepreneur, Business Owner, Ignatian Spirituality Presenter, and Retreat Director.

Ginny spent the majority of her career as a business owner working with C-level executives.  She recognizes that leaders are chosen due to their talents, skills and experience.  However, once in their positions, they aren’t exempt from feeling insecure or dissatisfied.  Often, they ignore their well-honed, gut-level insights and defer to the clamor of outside projections, internal politics and board recommendations. What is needed is a “new way of proceeding.”

She is an experienced spiritual director and has gone through the two year Encounter School.  Ginny is a St. Raphael parishioner and knows what it is like to balance family, business, and ministry.  She will encourage you by sharing her journey with Christ.

This will be a night of praise and worship, an inspiring talk, adoration, and fellowship afterwards - all are welcome!
