Drive-Thru Fish Fry

Our Lenten Fish Fry this year will be Drive-Thru Only.  All cars should enter the north parking lot from Dover Center Road (there will be one-way traffic on Fish Fry Fridays).  Please remain in your car.  A volunteer will take your order, collect your payment, and direct you to the order pick-up station.

$15 dinner choices include baked Haddock, fried Perch, Pierogis, fried Shrimp, and a Perch/Shrimp combo.  A $10 dinner choice is Mac & Cheese.  No substitutions.  All dinners come with coleslaw, French fries, ketchup and tartar sauce.  (No desserts or beverages will be available.Please see the full menu below.

Click on the menu icon on the right to see our 2021 menu.  Orders cannot be placed online.  A volunteer order taker will come up to the driver's window and take your order while you remain in your car.  You may print the menu ahead of time, pre-fill your order and present it to the volunteer.  Or, the volunteer will have copies of the menu to fill out when taking your order.

 Need 10 x Kitchen Prep (noon-4pm) [Adult Only] 
 - assist with food and condiment preparation prior to Fish Fry (eg., make cole slaw, etc.)
Need 2 x Fish Fryers (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - deep fry fish
Need 3 x Kitchen Servers (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - fill customer orders
Need 2 x Kitchen Clean Up (4:30 – 7:30pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - wash (dishwasher) and dry pans, utensils, etc. during Fish Fry
Need 6 x Kitchen Clean Up (7:30 – 9:00pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - wash (dishwasher) and dry pans, utensils, etc. after Fish Fry; help clean kitchen
Need 2 x Cashiers (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - verify order totals and make change
Need 10 x Order Takers (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - take car-side orders from drive-up customers; collect payment & make change
Need 12 x Order Runners (4:30 – 7:30pm) [6th Grade+]
 - run orders to kitchen; run filled orders to cars
Need 3 x Traffic Directors (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - provide directions for car drive-thru lanes for order placement and pickup
