Ministry of Pastoral Caring

This ministry provides works of mercy and compassion and support to our homebound parishioners and those residing in a place of caring. We bring a sense of connection and belonging allowing them to continue to make a meaningful contribution to the parish community. In addition, some of our Eucharistic Ministers make regular visits bringing Communion and their gift of presence.
