Bay Family Services |

Birthday Book Club |
Celebrate your child's birthday with a book donation to the SRS library. Click on the link below, print the form and return it to school. Our library staff will help your child select a book that will be marked with a personalized bookplate. |
Dispensing Medicine |
Please have your physician sign this form if your child needs medication during the school day. |
Home & School Spiritwear |
Show your school spirit and order a St. Raphael sweatshirt. Available in children's and adult sizes and approved to be worn in the classroom. |
Hot Lunches |

Students in grades 6-8 can track their grades as well as upcoming assignments and test in Edline. |
Research Help |
INFOhio provides state-funded resources free to all Ohio K-12 students and educators. INFOhio's Core Collection of Electronic Resources provides useful tools selected for K-12 research including Biography Reference Bank, Science Online, and World Book Online. A username and password are required for home access. Contact your school librarian for access to these invaluable resources. |
Market Day |
One of Home & School's more successful and popular fund raisers is the Market Day program. Monthly, parishioners can order brand-name foods and beverages through Market Day with profits going to the school. Market Day products can be ordered on-line or order forms can be filled out and returned to the school. You can find the monthly Market Day product offerings in the Zwilling Hallway, in the Administration Building and school children receive the forms in their Friday folders. |
